Severability

Account Registration

Accurate Information

Account Security

Reporting Unauthorised Access

enjoy247 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on enjoy247 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). enjoy247 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment options may be added or removed at enjoy247's discretion and will be reflected on the platform's payment page.
Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method used and the user's account verification status. enjoy247 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Deposit Rules
- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on your account. enjoy247 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the account verification (KYC) process by providing a valid government-issued identity document. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
- enjoy247 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. These checks may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
- Active bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared, wagering-complete balances are eligible for withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if enjoy247 determines that the account is under investigation for a policy violation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity will be voided and not returned.

General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your enjoy247 account and may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked across eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering multiples are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity window, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically.

- Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with an active bonus balance. Placing a single bet that exceeds the stated maximum (typically ৳500 per spin or per wager unless otherwise stated) while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
- enjoy247 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a user's account before the change takes effect.
Bonus Abuse Policy: enjoy247 monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with abuse, exploitation, or collusion. This includes but is not limited to matched betting using platform bonuses, low-risk wager patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus balances voided and may be permanently banned from enjoy247.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using enjoy247, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, and the general principles of fair and honest play. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances held at the time of the violation.

Malfunction Policy

Claims raised after this window may not be investigated.
Account Suspension & Closure
enjoy247 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice. The following circumstances may lead to account action ranging from temporary restriction to permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.
Grounds for Account Action
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct outlined in Section 6.
- Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the timeframe requested by enjoy247.
- Submission of fraudulent, forged, or misrepresenting identity documents during the verification process.
- Detection of underage gambling or confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Evidence of money laundering, fraud, or use of criminally derived funds on the platform.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the account holder's bank or payment provider.
- Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
- Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. enjoy247 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your enjoy247 account at any time by contacting support at support@enjoy247. Upon receiving your closure request, enjoy247 will process any pending withdrawals of your verified balance and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. If your closure request is motivated by concerns about problem gambling, enjoy247 strongly encourages you to request a self-exclusion instead, which provides additional protective measures against future access attempts.
Balance on Closure
Where enjoy247 closes an account due to a verified policy violation — particularly fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering — all balances held within the account at the time of closure (including both cash and bonus balances) may be forfeited in their entirety. Where enjoy247 closes an account for non-punitive reasons (e.g., regulatory compliance or dormancy), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification.
